Customers must book in advance and walk-in will not be accepted.
- Go to https://projectscreen.co/en/predeparture-hkia-rt-pcr and click on ‘Login & Book Now’.
- Create an account with a valid email address. In order to create an account, you will need to enter the 4-digit verification code received on your mobile. Please note that currently we only accept Hong Kong mobile numbers.
3. You can click on ‘View Sample Report’ to check if the report content fulfills your travel requirement. Click “Select” to proceed.
4. Select “Add profile” to create a profile with your personal details.
5. Enter your personal information including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Identification Document(s). Please ensure your personal details are entered correctly as the information will be used in your test result report.
6. Please provide at least 1 type of identification information that serves your needs. A maximum of 4 identity document numbers can be inputted.
Please note that all documents (if you have entered more than one) must be presented upon registration at the airport counter.
7. Click “Add profile” to complete profile creation.
8.Click “Add Another Test” if you wish to create a profile for your companion. Then click “Continue to Checkout” after you finish with profile creation.
9. Select your preferred appointment date and time.
Your result will be ready within 2 hours after your sample collection time. We suggest you book an appointment slot at least 4 hours prior to your departure time.
Please note that the date and time of appointment is based on your device time zone. If you are not located in the same time zone as Hong Kong, please convert the time accordingly to book the right appointment slot.
10. After you have selected your desired appointment date and time, click “Proceed to Checkout” for payment.
11. After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. The colour of your profile will turn from Grey to Blue. Also, there will be a QR code which you will have to show us on the test day for registration purposes.
